I briefly looked thru the new post over at The Frugal Dad about big corporate changes sparked by consumer access to social media. For those Bank of America users, you remember the uproar against their proposed $5 debit fee. That changed quickly as the complaints of BofAers spread like wildfire across the amber waves of the social media plains. We were one of many who changed banks.
